At Frankies Bikinis, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original condition with sanitary liners and tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
